Khevsurian Folk Evening in Tbilisi

On June 26, 2007 Internet Forum http://www.karavi.ge/ will host a “Khevsurian Folk Evening in Mziuri” under the slogan
“Don’t forget Khevsurians living in the Mountains”
Poets, singers, folklore artists living in Khevsureti and masters of Georgian traditional battle will participate in the concert. The event will present the collection of poetry by Legendary Khevsurian Poet Gela Daiauri. There will be a sales exhibition of books of Khevsurian poets, audio recordings, traditional craftworks and photos of Khevsureti. Collected funds will go to Shatili boarding school. The concert will start at 18:00 Admission Free
