OPINION: Is the European Union becoming an instrument of Moscow’s neo-colonialism? (kyivpost.com)

It appears that European Union monitors will observe the flow of Russian gas to Europe via Ukraine. The EU is thus helping to ease Russian-Ukrainian confrontation. Or is it?
